Job Description / Responsibility

  • Oversee bakery operations, including production, packaging, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies for efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics.
  • Supervise and train bakery staff for quality standards.
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for product promotion.
  • Maintain health and safety standards.
  • Analyze operational data for improvement.
  • Manage budget and financial aspects.
  • Foster a positive work environment.


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Master of Science (MSc)
  • B.Sc. in food safety/functional food/nutraceutical/food science/nutrition/chemistry in food technology from a reputed institute/university.
  • Master`s degree preferred.
  • Professional Certificate in food nutrition and health.
  • Skills Required: Management, Communication, Food Production, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel


Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged),Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)


Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience in bakery operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
